About the role
Manages and leads priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance, including growth activities for outside business development. Executes relationship management activities with new and/or existing consumer and business clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals, deepening share of wallet in accordance with enterprise core values.
Leads and coaches a high-performing team that drives acquisition of growth, mitigates risk, develops and maintains collaborative ecosystem partnerships, and promotes employee engagement and positive consumer/business experiences. Through discovery conversations—both proactive and reactive—identifies and implements client solutions, collaborating with internal business partners as needed.
Effectively executes a contact management strategy using available tools and resources, including routine outbound phone calls and in-person meetings. Regularly meets with internal business partners to communicate and review business results and pipeline management. May drive business banking results primarily through business development, outside branch calling efforts, and community involvement activities. Has a foundational understanding of balance sheets and income statements.
Leads, coaches, and executes a proactive and differentiated client experience. Coaches the team to confidently engage with customers in technology-enabled interactions, providing solutions and advice-oriented consultation that improves client financial well-being. Ensures effective problem resolution, making banking easy for customers, and connects all of PNC to deliver a seamless customer experience in an omni-channel environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing branch team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and talent development.
- Ensure employees achieve performance and activity expectations through effective and ongoing performance management.
- Model PNC values by cultivating and supporting an inclusive workplace.
- Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk with sound decision-making to mitigate sales practice risk.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Drive business banking results through business development, outside branch calling, and community involvement.
- Execute relationship management activities to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
- Identify and implement client solutions through discovery conversations.
- Utilize contact management tools and strategies, including outbound calls and in-person meetings.
Requirements
- University/college degree with 3+ years of industry-relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service).
- 2+ years of previous managerial experience in an operations or production environment.
- Foundational understanding of balance sheets and income statements.
- Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
- Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Pay
Base Salary: $90,750.00 – $151,250.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive-eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
