Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Champion exceptional member service and personalized financial guidance.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
• Drive branch performance through sales, service, and community engagement.
• Represent Summit at local events and strengthen community partnerships.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years in retail or financial services, including at least 1 year of management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an NMLS number.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presence.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, branch operations, and common financial products and services.
• Proven ability to lead individuals and teams toward high performance and organizational goals.
• Sound judgment and adaptability in solving day-to-day, unique challenges.
• Active listening skills and a thoughtful approach to resolving complex situations.
• Ability to build rapport, communicate proactively, and foster strong member relationships.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in follow-up and follow-through.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic math proficiency and the ability to understand more complex financial concepts.
