About the role
The Fidelity Assistant Branch Manager partners with senior management to lead a team of successful sales and service associates, preparing to run their own branch. This role serves as a developmental opportunity for 12-24 months, focusing on talent development and acclimation across the investor center network.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Branch Manager in building a strong sales team and developing service associates.
- Implements national initiatives to grow business through in-branch customer contact, local marketing, educational seminars, and client appreciation.
- Oversees operational activities, including supervision of local risk and compliance issues and customer concerns.
- Fosters the development of a group of associates by training, mentoring, counseling, and motivating branch representatives.
Requirements
- At least five years in financial sales role.
- Three or more years of management within a financial services environment is helpful.
- Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 are required, and Series 9/10 must be obtained upon hire.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$168,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
Schedule
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
