Branch Leader - Beacon Hill

Regular, full-time position. Fluency in English required. 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive public image in the community and instill Truist’s Purpose, Mission, and Values within the team.
• Drive branch performance and business development, focusing on Small Business, Mass Affluent, Community Heroes, and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) partnerships.
• Develop branch revenue through Small Business growth, client strategies, face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting.
• Participate in civic, professional, and community affairs to build the Truist brand and generate new business.
• Lead, coach, and motivate teammates through branch engagement routines to fulfill client financial success and team empowerment.
• Partner with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Operations teams to ensure compliance with bank procedures, internal controls, risk management, and the Truist Code of Ethics.
• Collaborate with IRM and line-of-business partners to promote a One Team culture within the branch.
• Manage human capital decisions, including interviewing, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and development planning.
• May assist with teller transactions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training/experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales, relationship-building, and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must become SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead, and coach others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
• Graduate of internal leadership development programs.

Pay

• Branch Leader I: $56,570–$90,500 annual base salary.
• Branch Leader II: $70,040–$108,500 annual base salary.
• Branch Leader III: $80,550–$118,000 annual base salary.
