As the Branch General Manager in Raleigh, you will have full P&L responsibility and be laser-focused on profitability, sales, and business development for the branch.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full P&L, ensuring profitability and growth in the Raleigh market.
• Lead a team of inside and outside sales professionals to manage existing relationships, expand the customer base, and strengthen market position.
• Direct warehouse operations to meet service and support goals, including inventory management, quality, safety, and performance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in industrial distribution with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Experience managing a team of professionals.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management tools and Microsoft products.
