Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for P&L activities, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
- Plan, organize, direct, and control all service center functions to achieve revenue and operational targets.
- Establish a "safety-first" team culture, holding the team accountable to high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Actively drive sales by developing and executing programs, plans, and product launches to exceed revenue goals.
- Conduct sales calls independently or with outside sales representatives to strengthen customer relationships and position the branch as a supplier of choice.
- Build and nurture customer relationships, ensuring the branch serves as a direct point of contact for customers in the region.
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitors and market trends, sharing insights to foster innovation and maintain market leadership.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain employee satisfaction through regular performance evaluations, timely feedback, and salary reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that drives employee engagement and retention.
- Optimize service center operations to ensure efficient task completion and superior service delivery.
- Prepare business forecasts, budgets, and reports, using financial analysis to identify trends and address potential challenges proactively.
- Consistently administer company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the branch.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to motivate, lead, and inspire a team toward achieving common goals.
- Analytical and financial acumen, with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP and C4C (CRM tools) is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to achieve business objectives.
