Branch Director - Exempt

About the Role

This position involves leadership, branch operations, programming, administrative compliance, and ensuring facility and child safety at a Boys & Girls Club location.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a competent and credible leader, defining vision and executing strategy to achieve results.
• Coach team members to improve performance, solve problems, and grow careers.
• Collaborate with leadership on personnel matters and branch operations to meet set goals.
• Oversee branch programming and ensure program quality across all facility areas.
• Complete required reports, administrative duties, and data collection accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, facility maintenance protocols, and incident reporting.
• Maintain discipline, de-escalate conflicts, and obtain/renew CPR and First Aid certification.
• Serve as a positive role model, representing the Boys & Girls Club professionally.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or minimum 2 years of related experience in management, fiscal responsibility, or youth programming.
• Ability to work branch site hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Experience attracting, training, and retaining qualified personnel.
• Strong organizational, leadership, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify needs, find solutions, and manage relationships with community stakeholders.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification and pass required background and drug screens.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance; must be at least 21 years old to meet company insurance requirements.

Pay

Minimum salary: $54,467 (Exempt Full Time).
