Ironclad Environmental Solutions, formed through the merger of Ironclad Environmental and Mersino Dewatering, is a national provider of liquid storage, dewatering, and environmental rental solutions serving the energy, industrial, petrochemical, and construction markets, operating a multi-branch network across Texas, Louisiana, California, the Upper Midwest, and other key industrial regions.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall branch operations to ensure safety, performance, and profitability.
- Grow revenue by identifying opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.
- Develop and manage the branch’s profit and loss (P&L) and business plan.
- Hire, lead, and develop a high-performance team across all functional areas.
- Monitor key metrics: revenue, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR, Safety, Finance, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and meet goals.
- Ensure DOT and OSHA compliance at the branch and champion a strong safety culture.
- Build a service-driven culture that aligns with Ironclad’s core values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful business management with proven ability to manage a P&L and lead a team to meet performance goals.
- Strong leadership skills in hiring, training, and developing team members.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership in construction, industrial, or related
