Branch Associate I (Teller) - Limerick

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Bank's customers
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including deposits, check cashing, loan transactions, and account withdrawals
• Operate a teller station
• Maintain an adequate and accurate cash drawer and balance the cash drawer daily
• Establish a working knowledge of Bank's products and services to provide recommendations to customers or potential customers
• Adhere to all Bank policies and procedures and applicable regulations and laws
• Available for opening and closing of the branch office

Requirements

• The ability to communicate clearly and in a friendly manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient writing and mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Good computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• The ability to make decisions and solve problems

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
• Previous branch/teller experience or cash handling experience is preferred but not required
