BRADENTON SITE DIRECTOR
About the role
The Ministry Site Director is responsible for spiritual and organizational leadership, working with and through others, and communicating effectively. They are expected to embody YFC's Cultural Attributes and develop relationships with young people within the context of their ministry model.
Responsibilities
Build a team culture that embodies the 5 essentials
Recruit, train, and maintain volunteer ministry leader team
Create a strong connection between local churches and the ministry site
Provide training materials and ministry site standards for all ministry leaders
Develop healthy 3 Story teams for each ministry site
Establish necessary support and guidelines to ensure healthy and growing ministry at all sites
Be an advocate in the community for young people
Report progress and ministry updates to YFC
Relational Ministry Action Development
Manage, facilitate, and serve in the Relational Ministry Actions
Direct the 3 Story Team at their site in accomplishing the standards outlined in the RMAs found in the Knowledge Base
Establish and develop programming materials
Train and evaluate ministry site leaders in the implementation of curriculum materials
Spiritual Responsibilities
Seek God’s guidance and wisdom through prayer and meditation
Participate and lead regular times of prayer, devotion and worship
Teach and preach from the Holy Bible at YFC staff meetings, conferences, camps and events
Model empathy, humility and care for all people
Fundraising Responsibilities
Extend invitations to fund raising events
Recruit personal circle of influence/YFC donor contacts
Send letters, handwritten notes, personal calls, and personally minister to donor contacts

Budget Responsibilities
Oversee site expenses
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise all Site Volunteer Ministry leaders
Pay
$45,000 - $65,000
Schedule
40 hours per week
