This is an onsite position requiring the team member to be onsite 5 days a week. No relocation is provided for this opportunity. Responsibilities

  • Ensure manufactured goods are produced to critical quality parameters by reviewing batch production record documentation.
  • Perform batch production release based on documentation review results.
  • Ensure all reviewed records conform to Good Documentation Practices and reflect current Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Review batch production records to ensure compliance with internal and external key quality attributes.
  • Document, record, and file batch production records upon completion.
  • Ensure quality release of production batches is performed appropriately and expediently.
  • Communicate review results to Production and Quality management in a timely manner.
  • Report recurring quality and/or documentation issues to relevant personnel, supervisors, and management collaboratively.
  • Assist shift employees with identified quality issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce scrap, cycle times, improve efficiency, and eliminate waste.
  • Provide a ‘Customer Service’ attitude when interacting with internal and external customers while achieving quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions, and safety rules.
  • Exhibit regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with ISO regulations and standards.
  • Must tolerate fumes and particulate generated from various plastics in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work constructively in a potentially stressful environment with competing resources.
  • Maintain company and customer confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to work scheduled work week, plus overtime and/or irregular hours as required.
  • May stand or sit for extended periods; use hands/fingers to handle or operate objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
  • Must transport oneself to and from other areas of the facility and travel to other divisions when necessary.
  • Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to work well with others in a variety of situations, multi-task, work under time constraints, problem-solve, and prioritize.
  • Learn and apply new information or skills.
  • Understand direction and adhere to established procedures.
  • Perform basic mathematical tasks such as counting, adding, subtracting, and rounding; record, balance, and check for accuracy.
  • May be required to lift heavy objects up to 25 lbs without assistance.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Work Environment

This role operates in a manufacturing facility housing plastic injection molding machines. Work areas are equipped with adequate lighting, cooling/heating, and well-maintained equipment.
