BPO RFP Writer

Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities through phone outreach, marketing campaigns, and industry networking.
- Conduct market and client research to uncover new sales channels and partnership opportunities.
- Lead the RFP process, drafting, customizing, and refining proposals using both new content and recycled responses.
- Maintain and update proposal templates, presentation decks, and client communication materials.
- Present proposals and strategies to senior leadership and C-level executives with confidence and clarity.
- Manage CRM systems and sales tracking tools to ensure accurate pipeline and performance reporting.
- Oversee directory listings, sponsorships, and other visibility initiatives to support lead generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, proposal writing, or business development.
- Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- Strong background in complex deal structuring, financial modeling, and contract negotiation.
- Experience in BPO and contact center operations (inbound, outbound, chat, email).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel as needed.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to inspire cross-functional teams.

Schedule
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
