Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities through phone outreach, marketing campaigns, and industry networking.
  • Conduct market and client research to uncover new sales channels and partnership opportunities.
  • Lead the RFP process, drafting, customizing, and refining proposals using both new content and recycled responses.
  • Maintain and update proposal templates, presentation decks, and client communication materials.
  • Present proposals and strategies to senior leadership and C-level executives with confidence and clarity.
  • Manage CRM systems and sales tracking tools to ensure accurate pipeline and performance reporting.
  • Oversee directory listings, sponsorships, and other visibility initiatives to support lead generation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, proposal writing, or business development.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong background in complex deal structuring, financial modeling, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience in BPO and contact center operations (inbound, outbound, chat, email).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel as needed.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to inspire cross-functional teams.

Pay

Starting compensation is based on experience, and we offer a variety of benefits and incentives to support and reward our team members.

Schedule

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
