About the Role
AITX is seeking two highly technical BPM Project Consultants to bridge the gap between business operational workflows and our technical ecosystem. The primary objective is to map current business processes directly into the Power Apps platform while ensuring seamless integration with our Fleet product environment. We are looking for consultants who function as both process architects and systems integrators, capable of driving automation that aligns with AITX’s specific fleet management requirements.
Duration: 6 months (initial)
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current business operational workflows.
- Architect these processes for the Power Apps platform to eliminate bottlenecks and process debt.
- Design, build, and deploy robust workflow automations using Power Apps and .NET.
- Develop and manage integration points between Power Apps and the Fleet Product, ensuring data consistency and workflow continuity.
- Serve as the technical lead for bridging disparate platforms, ensuring that business logic executed in Power Apps correctly updates and interacts with Fleet Product data services.
- Ensure all automated workflows adhere to AITX architectural standards, documentation requirements, and compliance protocols.
- Define and track KPIs (e.g., process execution time, integration reliability) to measure the success of the platform migration and integration efforts.
Success Metrics
- Automation Coverage: Successful migration and mapping of core business processes into Power Apps.
- Integration Stability: Seamless data exchange and functional interoperability between Power Apps and Fleet Product.
- Efficiency Gains: Measurable reduction in manual intervention through automation cross-platform workflows.
- Process Clarity: Completion of comprehensive process documentation and training to support the internal team in maintaining the integrated workflows.
Requirements
- BPM Expertise: Demonstrated experience in process re-engineering, Lean, or Agile transformation within an engineering organization.
- Power Apps Mastery: Proven ability to build and deploy enterprise-grade Power Apps. Deep understanding of Canvas Apps, Dataverse modeling, and complex Power Apps flows.
- Technical Proficiency (.NET): Strong hands-on experience with the .NET stack (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET). Must be comfortable reviewing code, writing integration logic, and communicating with senior engineers at an architectural level.
- Collaboration: High level of comfort working directly within a software engineering culture (DevOps familiarity is a plus).
