Boys Wrestling Lead Coach

About the role

This is a paid supplemental contract position for the Winter 2026-27 season at the Palmyra Area School District Middle School. The role pays up to $5,875 per year and focuses on coaching boys wrestling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct conditioning, training, and performance of student-athletes in alignment with the district’s core values.
• Work under the guidance of the Athletic Director and in coordination with the High School Boys Wrestling Head Coach to implement the wrestling program’s vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of advanced coaching experience in wrestling.
• Ability to interact with and motivate student-athletes of varying skill levels.
• Evidence of effective leadership.
• Student-oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
