Responsibilities
- Developing individual skills, teamwork and sportsmanship amongst student-athletes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience coaching water polo in club, high school or college setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Water polo experience at high school, college or higher level.
- Able to positively motivate, inspire and be a role model to high-school aged students.
- Able to manage a Monday-Saturday practice/game schedule which includes travel to away opponents.
Qualifications
- Adaptable and enjoys working alongside the current coaching staff.
Benefits
- Approximately 20 hours per week (Monday- Saturday) from August 29, 2026 through the second weekend of November.
- Afternoon practices (3:15 – 5:30 p.m.) and games typically on some Wednesday afternoons as well as most every Saturday, home and away, during the fall season.
Pay
- Salary Range : $4,000 - $4,600
Schedule
- Commitment is approximately 20 hours per week (Monday- Saturday).
