About the role

PACT Charter School is seeking a Boys Soccer Varsity Assistant Coach for the 2026/2027 school year. The position offers a pay for the season of $1000 and a 10-week duration (August 17th - October 23rd).

Responsibilities

• Support the Boys Soccer Varsity Head Coach in planning and implementing practices and games.
• Work closely with players to improve their skills and performance.
• Ensure adherence to PACT’s values and character-building initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to PACT’s mission and values.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience working with youth soccer players.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of soccer rules and strategies.
