About the Role
Join our Coaching team for the 2026/2027 school year as a Boys Soccer JV Coach. PACT Charter School is focused on building students of character by emphasizing respect, citizenship, gratitude, compassion, integrity, cooperation, self-control, responsibility, and perseverance—values we translate into our athletic programs. This is an opportunity to build a program and impact the lives of young men.
The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the head coach with coordinating, instructing, motivating, and organizing the soccer program.
Pay
$220 per week for a 10-week season.

- Previous coaching experience is preferred.

Location and Community
PACT is located in Ramsey, Minnesota—a family-friendly and growing community in Anoka County with a population of around 25,000, situated 25 miles northwest of Minneapolis-St. Paul. Ramsey is bordered by the scenic Mississippi and Rum Rivers.
The PACT Elementary campus is at 7250 East Ramsey Parkway, adjacent to the 420-acre COR Development and Ramsey’s newest park, The Draw, which features an amphitheater, water feature, farmer’s market, concerts, and community events. The PACT Secondary campus is at 7729 161st Ave NW, near Central Park in Ramsey and St. Katharine Drexel Church.
The area offers many parks, an extensive trail system, and a network of trails connecting The COR to regional parks. Ramsey is known for its rural character, wetlands, wildlife, and diverse housing options. Major routes include U.S. Highways 10/169 and State Highway 47, with Northstar Commuter Rail providing access to downtown Minneapolis.
