About the role
Coaching responsibilities include organizing practices and games, preparing budget recommendations for the Athletic Director, and monitoring the academic progress of student athletes throughout the school year.
Responsibilities
- Organize and lead soccer practices and games
- Prepare and submit budget recommendations to the Athletic Director
- Monitor and support the academic progress of student athletes
- Issue and collect uniforms
- Administer simple first aid procedures
- Provide program orientation to all pupil participants
- Communicate with college and university coaches regarding student athlete attributes
- Assist qualified players in identifying colleges or universities and educate them on the recruiting process
- Perform other related duties as designated by the Athletic Director
