Boys Middle School Lacrosse Coach, Part-time

About the role

Westminster Christian Academy is currently seeking a part-time Middle School Boys Lacrosse Coach for the spring 2025-26 season.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement lacrosse programs for middle school students. - Assist in recruiting and retaining student athletes. - Work closely with other coaches and administrators to ensure team success. - Participate in team meetings and practices as scheduled.

Requirements

- Experience coaching middle school lacrosse. - Strong understanding of lacrosse rules and regulations. - Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and other staff members. - Commitment to Westminster Christian Academy's mission and values.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. - Previous coaching experience at the middle school level.

Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities. - Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
