Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver one weekly competitive training session
- Develop athletes' technical ability, tactical awareness, and competition readiness
- Support the club in preparing for BUCS competitions, Varsity, and Fight Night
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating training environment
- Work collaboratively with the club committee and Students' Union staff
Essential Requirements
- England Boxing Level 2 Coaching Qualification
- Valid First Aid qualification
- Appropriate coaching insurance
- Current affiliation with England Boxing
- Commitment to training: One competitive session per week (2 hours)
- Attendance at BUCS competition (subject to entry), Varsity, and Fight Night (by agreement)
Pay
£40 per hour for 2 hours per week, with additional event attendance by agreement.
