About the Role

FIDELITONE is seeking independent contractors who own a 26‑foot white box truck and lead a professional 2‑man team to provide elite white‑glove furniture delivery. Contractors will handle high‑volume, last‑mile freight, delivering furniture to residential customers with a focus on exceptional service and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform white‑glove residential home delivery, including room‑of‑choice placement.
• Unbox, assemble, and install furniture items in customers’ homes.
• Maintain a professional appearance and clear English communication for customer interaction.
• Ensure zero‑damage execution and punctual service.

Requirements

• Established 2‑man team (driver and helper) with strong work ethic and professional appearance.
• Minimum 2 years experience in white‑glove residential delivery, covering placement, unboxing, assembly, and installation.
• Own, lease, or maintain a 2008‑or‑newer 26‑foot white box truck with a functional liftgate in excellent condition.
• Active MC and DOT numbers with valid interstate authority.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Proof of commercial insurance (auto liability and cargo) meeting limits reviewed during onboarding.
• Equipped with essential delivery tools: straps, moving blankets, dollies, and power tools for assembly.
