Box Truck Driver - Budget Truck - PT

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an on-site fleet operations role in Hazelwood, Missouri. Starting pay is $15.00/hour; factors such as geography, skills, education, experience, and qualifications may affect the final rate.

About the role

Support daily fleet operations at our airport locations by moving vehicles, organizing lots, and tracking vehicle status to ensure a smooth rental process for customers. No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Move fleet vehicles efficiently within lots or between designated locations
• Inventory vehicles and enter status into a handheld device
• Maintain organized, safe, and tidy parking areas
• Track and position vehicles to support fleet readiness

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Willingness to work outdoors near a mechanical shop with moderate noise levels and in all weather conditions
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; continuously stand, walk, sit, and kneel; and enter, exit, and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Regular, on-site presence required (not a remote position)
