Responsibilities
- Accurately process ticket transactions using the Ticketmaster ticketing system, including sales, exchanges, and refunds.
- Ensure proper collection of payment and documentation for all guests attending shows.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to guests regarding show schedules, seating options, and ticket availability.
- Resolve ticketing issues efficiently to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Collaborate with the casino marketing team to manage the distribution and processing of VIP and complimentary casino tickets.
- Maintain accurate records of all VIP transactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ticketing discrepancies, technical issues, and guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.

- Deliver exceptional, guest-focused customer service at all times, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for every patron.
- Support the Box Office Supervisor with daily operations, administrative tasks, and overall ticketing workflow as needed.
- Assist guests with purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster, including troubleshooting issues and guiding them through the process.
- Manage will-call operations, including distributing tickets accurately and efficiently to guests and Caesars Rewards members upon arrival.
- Provide accurate information regarding events, seating, pricing, and venue policies to guests in person and over the phone.
- Maintain organized and secure handling of tickets, cash, and related transaction materials.
Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED.
- Entertainment Experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work with the public and enjoy customer interactions.
- Good speaking voice and quick thinking ability.
- Ability to work as part of a team and get along with co-workers.
- Flexibility to work any day of the week and any shift.
- Well-groomed appearance meeting company standards.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Physical ability to maneuver throughout event areas and stand for long periods.
- Ability to bend, crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, and balance when interacting with guests.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Tolerance for areas containing secondary smoke.
