Bowling Guest Srvcs Supervisor - Santa Fe

About the role

Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “Beyond the Best” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Station Casinos’ Championship Service Standards at all times. Exercise the general responsibilities necessary to minimize operational costs and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring and counseling Team Members.
• Assist with annual reviews and one-on-one sessions with direct report Team Members.
• Ensure the development of subordinate staff with on-going training.
• Assist in scheduling of direct report Team Members.
• Enforce departmental Standards of Performance Manual and assist Manager in developing Policy and Procedure Manuals.
• Perform continual observation of bowling facility to ensure standards of maintenance and cleanliness are adhered to.
• Maintain healthy working relationships and professional climate.
• Interface effectively with management, peers, Team Members and Guests.
• Assist in development of annual budget and business plan.
• Oversee workflow of bowling operations and organize for optimum efficiency.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Friendly, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Well organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills, Team member and Guest relations skills, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Prior management experience in bowling industry required.
• Ability to work any shift or hours.
• Ability to act quickly and exercise good judgment under pressure.
