About the role
The Bowling Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting the guests and launching the guest experience at All Star Lanes & Casino.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions about pricing, addressing customer concerns
- Help customers find shoes
- Issue lanes to customer(s)
- Sanitize shoes
- Hand out shoes
- Call back bowling calls
- Book parties at the desk (bowling parties, birthday parties, etc.)
- Cleaning of the lanes
- Issue out scratch tickets
- Issue out pull tabs
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Knowledge of bowling preferred but not required
