About the Role
A Tag Heuer Boutique Manager is a performance-driven sales expert, team leader, brand ambassador, client development specialist, and operations excellence supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Play an active role on the sales floor to increase boutique sales and achieve objectives.
- Analyze the store’s retail performance KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales in volume and value, ASP, mix of sales) and identify business opportunities.
- Establish 360° action plans to address business opportunities.
- Stay updated on the watch industry and local market competitive environment.
- Set individual and collective objectives, follow performance, and conduct team member reviews.
- Shadow and support team members on the floor, provide immediate feedback, and develop their skills.
- Ensure team motivation, cohesion, and a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Identify and hire new team members.
- Ensure outstanding service is offered to all visitors in-store.
- Embody Tag Heuer’s brand values and act as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique, especially at events.
- Ensure grooming, attitudes, and Visual Merchandising meet luxury standards and internal guidelines.
- Proactively network and connect with local people of influence.
- Lead the team to develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Set and follow collective and individual clienteling objectives (number of outreaches, appointments, sales from appointments).
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and leverage data to address clients in a personally relevant way.
- Plan events in line with brand strategy, coordinate stakeholders, and assess ROI.
- Oversee boutique operational processes (inventory, cash, security, store opening/closing) in line with internal guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policy.
- Supervise store expenses and maintenance.

Pay
$100,000 - $115,000 base salary plus bonus target.
