About the role
We are looking for a Boutique Facilitator, Host who is passionate about providing the highest standards of service to facilitate and support the client journey in our Boutiques. This position plays a critical role in being the first client interaction, greeting clients warmly and maintaining the flow of traffic. The Boutique Facilitator, Host will also assist other members of the boutique to maximize client-facing time and will support all areas of the Boutique as needed.

- Facilitate in the seamless client experience by warmly greeting clients upon arrival and sharing relevant information regarding health and safety protocols
- Leverage tools and processes to help manage client wait times and appointments
- Aid clients by answering questions and helping facilitate a seamless experience to bridge the wait time and time in boutique
- Maintain flow of traffic to ensure adequate service levels
- Proactively communicate what the client should expect in terms of wait time, in-boutique experience, etc., setting realistic expectations with clients

- Excellent communication skills
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required

Position Logistics
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Moves with pace and energy while maintaining attention to detail
- A people person who can work both independently and with others
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Able to lift 15 lbs.
- Must have flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays
Heart of House
- Requires in-store presence to facilitate the opening and closing of the boutique; the receiving of inventory; shipping of product to support sales to ensure optimal client service

Compensation
The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $26 through $28 Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
