About the role

The ideal candidate for this role is required to have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment being preferred. They should demonstrate strong organizational skills and be adept at multitasking, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing support to Sales Associates
  • Daily boutique maintenance and operations
  • Assist Reception and provide consistent and active participation to the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence Ceremony
  • Handle the daily replenishment of selling floor supplies
  • Participate to set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique
  • Set up and pull morning Jewelry and evening jewelry
  • Maintain backstock and accurately backfill POS stations and desks
  • Maintain a strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators
  • Greet clients and assist with Reception duties
  • Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels image by maintaining a professional demeanor and following the Service Charter

Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Excellent communication and verbal abilities
  • Familiarity with SAP software is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment

Pay

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.
