About the role

Kering is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in luxury goods or fashion industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand strategy
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
• Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the luxury goods or fashion industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful product launches
