Bottling Line Lead

About the role

The Bottling Line Lead is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the bottling line, ensuring product quality and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the bottling line to ensure smooth production processes.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Train and mentor team members to improve operational efficiency and product quality.
• Resolve bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues to maintain a high level of productivity.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of bottling line operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college or vocational training in a related field.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with industrial machinery and equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance practices.

Pay

$18.50 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
