BOTTEGA VENETA Wholesale Intern, Fall

About the role

We are currently seeking a Wholesale Intern who will report to the Wholesale Director as part of our dynamic team in New York. This opportunity will allow you to gain experience within a luxury brand that will support you for your next endeavor and future career.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analysis – Weekly & Monthly Style, Account, and Door selling
• Shipping & Invoicing – Track purchase orders and update shipping logs weekly
• Quarterly Selling Campaigns – Preparation & support for seasonal markets, including scheduling, order entry, order confirmations, buy books
• Sample Management, Online Copy, & General Administrative Support
• Market Expertise & Ownership – Protect & enhance Bottega’s presentation and sales in department stores. Build competitive analyses to identify opportunities.

Requirements

• Analytics: Excel competency managing large data sets (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Strategic Communication, strong writing skills & PowerPoint skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in our NYC corporate office
• Able to receive academic credit
• Available 32 hours a week
• Students MUST be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship

Pay

New York Salary of $17.00/hr
