About the role

Provide overall administrative and technical management at the construction project site. Oversee all on-site construction activities, including self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants. Administer the jobsite safety program and quality management. Coordinate and supervise the overall project schedule.

Requirements

  • Large-scale healthcare or life science project experience.
  • 3–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
  • Background working for a general contractor.
  • Procore, OSHA 10, and OSHA 30 certifications.
  • MA Construction Supervisor License (CSL).
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Pay

$110,000–$160,000 base salary plus bonus.
