Boston – Fund Formation Associate (Junior)

Job Responsibilities

• Advising funds in all stages of their operations, including preparing offering materials;
• Drafting partnership, limited liability company and other governing agreements;
• Processing investor subscription documents;
• Negotiating with investors;
• Drafting side letters.

Job Requirements

• JD 2023 – 2024;
• Previous large law firm experience required;
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school;
• Strong preference for candidates who are already licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing.

Pay

Salary Range $235,000-$260,000
