Responsibilities
- Manage housekeeping staff and schedules
- Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned daily
- Handle guest requests and complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass a background check
