General Duties

  • Engage and connect with our customers by providing the best service.
  • Prepare customer footbed fabrication, boot shell and liner modifications.
  • Utilize a state of the art, 3D scanner to obtain images and precise measurement of customer’s foot and lower leg to determine the optimal fit.
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
  • Maintain shop and adhere to all shop keeping procedures.

What the Boot Fitter Will Need to Be a Great Candidate

  • Previous experience in ski shop and boot fitting required.
  • High level of Snowsports industry product knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy working in a team setting and helping other departments when needed.
  • Experience with POS and Rental Reservations software preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $24- $30 hourly.

About the Role

The Boot Fitter job is more than a job. The Boot Fitter is part of a team that is instrumental in providing the best customer service to our guests, helping our guests choose accessories and ski apparel and gear/hardgoods. At Gorsuch Boot Fitting is top notch with the use of our 3D Scanning technology. This full time position is located at our store in Beaver Creek store located in the Park Hyatt for the Winter season. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic individual with a passion for skiing and the mountain lifestyle to be part of our team. Qualifications
