Responsibilities

• Assess skiers or riders’ alignment through visual evaluation and physiological methods
• Access skiers’ current and future ski ability through conversation to determine best product fit
• Analyze basic foot functions relative to boot shape, kinesiology, and stance
• Understand techniques for boot modifications and stance alignment protocols
• Present educational discussions on biomechanics
• Demonstrate modifications to buyers
• Fabricate custom footbeds
• Operate point of sale system and follow all cash handling procedures
• Perform additional daily store duties

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the ski/snowboard industry, preferred
• Previous boot fitting experience, preferred
• Customer service skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Self-motivated
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Physical demands and working conditions

This role is compensated at $21.00/hr. Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December.
