Bookkeeper

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain financial transactions accurately in accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks Online, Sage, etc)
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank & credit card accounts
• Prepare & post journal entries as needed
• Generate financial reports, such as profit & loss statements and balance sheets
• Maintain organized financial documents for audits and compliance
• Maintain books in condition to be ready for preparation of tax returns
• Support payroll reconciliations and assist with sales tax filings as needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Sage, etc)
• Experience with monthly reconciliations and journal entries
• Knowledge of financial reporting and document maintenance
• Ability to support payroll and sales tax filings

Pay

USD70,000 - USD80,000 per year + bonus eligible
