The Liberty Family of Dealerships is seeking a Bookkeeper for their Mahwah location. Founded in 1977, the dealership operates franchised Hyundai, Genesis, KIA, and Subaru dealerships in Mahwah, Ramsey, and Emerson.

Responsibilities

• Posting vehicle sales and purchases
• Promptly processing payoff checks
• Calculating commissions
• Monitoring progress of contract funding
• Processing deal paperwork

Requirements

• Able to take direction and work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and concepts
• Automotive experience preferred, but not required
