Project Scope

Retail, service, and inventory-focused financial operations

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace applications
• Prowess in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and complex financial reconciliations
• Demonstrated organizational skills necessary to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working within a small business, retail, or inventory-focused environment
• Familiarity with Evosus or similar business management and accounting software platforms
• Prior experience processing payroll or utilizing systems like ADP
