Full Charge Bookkeeper - Onsite / Rockland, MA Our client, an established business supplies & equipment company, is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting and financial record-keeping activities. This onsite role is responsible for managing core bookkeeping functions, maintaining accurate financial data, and supporting owners and external partners with reliable financial reporting. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate financial recordsPerform general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and routine account reconciliationsHandle accounts payable and accounts receivable processesComplete bank and balance sheet reconciliations on a regular basisPrepare standard financial reports and summaries for internal useProcess payroll and support related reporting needsCoordinate with external accounting or tax partners as neededEnsure compliance with basic accounting standards and internal procedures Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experienceExperience working with Sage 100 preferred; other mid-market ERP systems considered!
