Responsibilities
- Booking Support: Generate revenue through bookings for management artists.
- Correspondence Handling: Handle a high volume of booking correspondence, sending numerous emails and making a large number of calls to presenters, orchestras, festivals, and performing arts centers within short timeframes.
- General Booking Support: Assist Management Division with general booking support, working through engagements from initial inquiry through confirmation.
- Contact Management: Update and maintain contacts, engagement details, and notes in Overture and market sheets, ensuring all records are consistently accurate and up to date.
- Sales Materials Creation: Create and update sales materials including one-sheets, email blasts, and flyers.
- Material Preparation: Prepare materials and outreach lists in advance of industry conferences.
Skills and Requirements
- Efficient Work: Performs calmly and reliably under pressure, works efficiently and effectively, with impeccable attention to detail.
- Communication: Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking: Self-motivation, responsiveness, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new tools quickly.
- Ai-Supported Workflow: Proficiency with graphic design and image-editing software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar), hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, image and video generators), and a genuine interest in how they can be applied thoughtfully to creative and operational work.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree and a classical-music background; experience in the performing-arts industry is a plus.
