Role and Responsibilities

The physician will provide specialized care within a Blood and Marrow Transplant and cellular therapy program, managing complex hematologic malignancies. Responsibilities include performing autologous and allogeneic transplants, CAR T, TIL therapies, and treating acute leukemia. The role involves working a four-day week, sharing inpatient call duties with Advanced Practice Providers, and engaging in clinical research with access to Phase I–III trials. The position offers protected research time and responsibilities centered around inpatient care supported by a dedicated unit.

Qualifications and Skills

• Board-eligible or Board-certified in Hematology/Oncology with Blood and Marrow Transplant training
• Strong clinical expertise in transplant procedures
• Multidisciplinary collaboration skills
• Commitment to research
• Familiarity with Epic EMR (preferred)
• Experience managing complex hematologic conditions (preferred)
