- Managing and leading the BMT nurse practitioner team, if applicable.
- Providing expert clinical care to BMT patients.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Developing and implementing BMT protocols and procedures.
- Mentoring and supporting junior staff and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
- At least 2 years of experience in BMT or hematology/oncology.
- Strong leadership, communication, and patient-centered care skills.
