NorthStar is hiring a Full Time Anesthesiologist at its newest facility, Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center in Norfolk, Virginia. The position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a general salary of $485k base with a $90k sign-on bonus, 10 weeks of paid vacation, extra shift pay, and a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Work in a care-team model with a diverse case mix
- Provide anesthesia services in various departments including Cardiac, General, Orthopedics, Vascular, and Neuro
- Participate in day shifts without call, weekends, or holidays
Requirements
- Current license to practice anesthesia in Virginia
- At least 3 years of recent experience in an academic or community setting
- Experience with a wide range of surgical procedures
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Successful completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program
- Board certification in Anesthesiology
