Your Role in Action

• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Carrying out repairs and modifications to all rail infrastructure, including general fabrication.
• Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance, active involvement, and coaching in assisting to ensure safe working procedures are achieved.
• Scope Work: Assisting in the identification of the scope of work required, also ensure work orders, permits are completed accurately and on time, maintaining compliance and efficiency.
• Uphold Quality and Teamwork: Work within a collaborative environment, conducting inspections, identifying problems, and implementing improvements to ensure the highest quality standards.

Your Winning Combination

• Hold a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade.
• Have a current MR truck licence (or willingness to obtain one).
• Have a manual driver's license.
• Additional certificates such as Non-Slew Crane, Basic Rigger, Dogger HRWL would be highly regarded.
