About the role
We're looking for experienced HVAC Boiler Technicians to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial HVAC systems — up to 1,000 tons — including boilers, rooftop units, and control systems. You’ll play a key role in keeping our customers’ systems running efficiently, while delivering top-notch service.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment (up to 1,000 tons)
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering specs to identify issues
- Diagnose and repair control systems, refrigeration circuits, and mechanical components
- Maintain accurate records of work, materials used, and time spent on each job
- Provide on-site technical support and retraining for customers as needed
- Recommend repairs and system upgrades to customers
- Deliver parts and support project timelines
- Mentor and support apprentices when required
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of Boiler commercial/industrial HVAC service experience.
- Education: Associate’s degree or trade school certification in HVAC (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: EPA Universal Certification (required).
- Licenses: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently, follow safety protocols, and solve problems on the spot.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including extreme temperatures and heights.
