Boiler Service Technician

About the role

Boilermakers are responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing boilers and other industrial equipment. They ensure that all equipment is in compliance with safety regulations and perform necessary repairs to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect boilers and other industrial equipment for signs of wear and damage.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Document findings and actions taken during inspections and repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of related experience in industrial maintenance or boilermaking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing boilers and related systems.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.

Pay

$18 - $25 per hour based on experience.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
