Boiler Operator 3rd Shift (2nd Class Fireman’s License)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Boiler Operation
• All Boiler Maintenance
• During down time: maintenance on facility and production equipment
• Occasionally work 12 hour shifts for vacation/illness coverage
• Provide own tools (basic hand tools)

Requirements/ Skills

• Experienced skill set (refer to required skill section below)
• High School or equivalent training and/or work experience preferred
• 2nd Class Fireman’s License or above required

Physical Demands

• Lifting or carrying, Pushing or Pulling, Reach, up to 100% of work shift
• Walking, bending, pushing, reaching and lifting up to 30 lbs (additional weight may be required with assistance)
• Standing, Walking or moving about, up to 100% of work shift
• Temperature extremes, primarily hot.
