Responsibilities
- Continuous operation of high-pressure steam boilers
- Provide steam needed for the production of milk products
- Clean production lines and vessels using steam
Requirements
- Associated Commonwealth of Massachusetts licensing: 2nd Fireman License (to be kept current) and Wastewater License (to be kept current and may be obtained within the first 90 days of employment)
- Schedule flexibility necessary
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays and rotate shifts, as required by business needs
Pay
Starting wage is $32.25/hr. - $36.51/hr. plus 7% shift differential.

About the Role
The Boiler Operator is a regular, full-time 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) position at Agri-Mark.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating steam boilers
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations

- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and operate machinery safely
