Boiler Operator - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the continuous operation of high‑pressure steam boilers.
• Provide the plant with all steam needed for milk product production and cleaning of production lines and vessels.

Requirements

• Current Commonwealth of Massachusetts 2nd Fireman License (must be kept current).
• Wastewater License (must be kept current; may be obtained within the first 90 days of employment).
• Schedule flexibility – willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotate shifts as business needs require; overtime, holiday work, and shift rotation may be mandatory.

Pay

Pay range: $38.70/hour – $42.68/hour, plus a 7% shift differential.

Schedule

Regular full‑time 2nd shift (3 pm – 11 pm).
